1. Provider
Carebond is provided by Nomadessencial Unipessoal Lda, company number 518508277, under the Creativehublab brand. Contact: carlasilva@creativehublab.com.
2. The service
Carebond reads the patient list uploaded by the clinic, identifies overdue follow-ups, prepares messages and organises the replies. Sending is done by the clinic itself, from the WhatsApp it already uses.
3. Account and access
The clinic is responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for ensuring that only authorised people access the account.
4. The clinic's responsibilities
The clinic confirms that it has a lawful basis to contact its patients, that it uploads only the data that is needed, and that it honours the wishes of anyone who does not want to be contacted again.
5. Subscription
The service is provided on a monthly subscription, with no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
6. Availability and results
Carebond is an operational support tool. It does not guarantee a specific number of booked appointments and does not replace the clinic's clinical or commercial judgement.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the data processing agreement signed with each clinic.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended in the event of misuse, risk to third parties or breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to any rights granted to the customer by the law of their own country.
These terms may be updated. Material changes are communicated with reasonable notice.
